48 Hours in Greece

Images from my 2010 Nomad Adventure

After an unbelievably exhilarating 48 hours, 44 of which I was awake for, I’ve returned from Greece in one piece. The scenery and people I experienced during this year’s Nomad Adventure were absolutely incredible. Thank you so much to everyone who helped pick this year’s destination. You really could not have picked anywhere better!

Highlights of this year’s trip included a mad dash to see the Acropolis minutes before it closed for the day, a Greek dance lesson and a cruise through the islands to shoot some unforgettable images.

With such little sleep, it was truly a meditative experience and definitely one of my most memorable Nomad Adventures. However, I am certainly glad to be back home along side my amazing friends and family.

I’m currently working on putting together a full gallery, but until then, here’s a few “quickies” to check out. As you can see, the local people and historical architecture were unforgettable.

The 2010 Sandy Puc’ Nomad Adventure | And the winner is… Greece!

Wow! What a wonderful start to my day. Today is my birthday, and I am so thankful for all of the birthday wishes. I am off to Las Vegas to start the birthday fun, where I will be seeing Roger Water’s in concert. Yes, Roger Water’s and I heard it’s amazing. Then, Saturday and Sunday are going to be filled with more Vegas fun with family and friends. As always, I will post pictures.

From Vegas I am off to California to meet with our friends at SmugMug (www.smugmug.com), Bay Photo (www.bayphoto.com) and our top secret possible guest for the 2012 Workflow Tour. I will keep you posted.

And last but not least is… Greece! You guys voted, and with your help, I have finally selected my destination. I have scheduled and booked my annual “Sandy Puc’ Nomad Adventure” to take place for 48 hours (or less) during the first weekend of December this year. While I’m there, I will not sleep and push myself to reach new shooting boundaries. Turkey was breathtaking last year, and I’m excited to see what Greece will bring. Thank you all for your suggestions and encouragement. This is going to be awesome.

I hope you all are enjoying your long holiday weekend.

Sandy 🙂
