Sandy Puc´ Portrait Design Update: Save 25% off Senior Portraits!

As summer approaches and the end of school nears, Sandy Puc´Portrait Design is obsessed these days with nothing but Senior Portraits.

Currently we have two awesome promotions going on to encourage students to find out what the Sandy Puc´ Portrait Design experience is all about.

Soon-to-be Seniors and their families can save money now and headaches later by booking their Class of 2012 portraits with us this spring.

For a limited time only, ALL Senior Portraits are 25% OFF! That means you can save on everything from custom-designed sessions, a la carte items, wallets, digital files and more!

In order to get the 25% off, you must schedule your session for May and place your order by June 15. Call us today at 303-730-8638 before all our sessions fill up! As they say, the early bird gets the worm!

Also, all of this year’s $25 session fees are being donated to back to each student’s high school in an effort to help local schools raise money to keep after-school programs, activities and sports.

With so many school districts forced to make significant cutbacks recently, we’re trying to do our part to ensure future generations of students enjoy a memorable high school experience. We love incorporating part of your personality into your Senior Portrait, whether it be sports equipment, instruments or school colors, so it would be shame if those weren’t still part of the high school lifestyle.

Help Sandy Puc Portrait Design Raise $2,012 for the Class of 2012!

Our goal is to raise $2,012 for the class of 2012. Call us today and help us reach our goal!

Jerry Ghionis’ i.c.e. Society Seminar Starts Today

Some very exciting news to pass along today!

The immensely talented and incredibly inspirational Jerry Ghionis, one of the world’s best wedding photographers, arrived at the studio today to kick off his i.c.e. Society workshop!

After the weeklong workshop, Jerry and I will be starting our 2011 Power of Passion Tour Saturday Feb. 12 at the Sheraton Denver Tech Center Hotel. I’m so excited to get back on the road! Remember, if you still haven’t bought tickets, you can save $20 using the promotional code “SAN11.”

Speaking of the tour, prior to starting his workshop, Jerry and I stopped by a sound studio today to record some captivating audio bites for some promotional tour material. (Sorry for the grainy photos. They were taken with a camera phone.)

If you’ve never had the pleasure of hearing Jerry speak, then you’re honestly doing yourself a disservice. His energy is through the roof, and of course, his knowledge is endless. Our studio is truly fortunate to host such a passionate display of photography.

You can really feel the electric vibe in the studio today. What a fantastic way to start the week!

This week’s workshop is extremely intimate, with a limited number students allowed in order to create the ideal learning atmosphere. Photographers from as far as Alaska made the trip here, as the seminar has been known to change a photographer’s world, according to previous attendees.

Today (Monday) Jerry began the seminar by critiquing each photographer’s work, providing helpful feedback on everything from lighting to posing to cropping.

Throughout the seminar, students will get to see Jerry in action during a live shoot at the studio, as well as one-on-one private mentor sessions with “The MacGyver” of photography.

I can’t say it enough how great it is to be in the presence of such a talented and motivated photographer. Sharing ideas with Jerry truly makes me want to push myself ever harder.

I’m realllllllly excited to inform you that one lucky winner of the “Sam U to You” raffle at the PPA Charities Gala on January 15th at IUSA will win a day with me at your studio!

To enter, arrive at the PPACH Gala on time to buy one of 100 water bottles containing a $25 gift certificate that can be redeemed for some cool stuff on http://www.ukandu.com. You will get a water bottle to use for the rest of your time at IUSA AND be entered into a drawing for a FREE full-day consultation from me at your studio! Some benefits to you: I will pay for my own transportation, visit your studio, help you with your marketing–and buy you lunch! Note: If the bottles run out, we will still supply gift certificates but I encourage you to engage in the contest fun!

The $25 certificates can be redeemed at http://www.ukandu.com, which featues a wealth of marketing information. Many of the marketing kits are only $20 so you can apply the difference towards more than one kit. This is a great way to split the difference and stock up with two or three kits for the New Year!

November Update: Santa is at Sandy Puc' Portrait Design

Hello everyone,

The temperature is dropping, the snow is falling, and I can’t believe it’s that time of year already.

With the holiday season upon us, the studio is full of fun festivities and events. Today we kicked off the beginning stages of our Santa Charity with Santa Claus himself.

Our 10th annual Colorado Christmas event benefiting the Children’s Hospital of Denver began today with an appearance from Santa Larry.

Day 1 marked another year of beautifully dressed children and the excitement of getting the first glimpse of the Jolly Old Elf himself.

A few slots are open for tomorrow (Friday), Saturday and Monday, so call now to reserve yours before they’re all booked up.

This is our biggest fundraiser involving Children’s Hospital, as we make a donation for each family portrait.

Halloween Charity and Open House Recap

With beautiful Colorado weather, the annual Halloween Charity and Open House was a smashing success.

Family-themed costumes highlighted the afternoon, including appearances by the Grinch family and Cowboy family.

We’re pleased to announce that four barrels of food were filled for The Food Bank of the Rockies.

Contact us now if you’re interested in being placed on our blood donors’ list for next year to benefit the Children’s Hospital Blood Bank.

RENOVATION

It is official!

It’s time to renovate the studio a bit. Having decorated it over five years ago, it was time to add a few new colors, some fun furniture and redo the floors. Besides, the new building will not be complete for nine months, so we felt it was time for a mini-makeover. As soon as we are done with the work, we will post some images. Cross your fingers, I never like the first paint color I choose—and my husband doesn’t like repainting it either!
